2 Day Parkour Camp July 31 & Aug 2

Parkour is getting from point A to B in a fast and efficient manner regardless of the obstacles. ​

Kids will learn a variety of rolls, using vaults, foot work, climbing and lots of balance! Most of Parkour is lower body work but we do incorporate some Ninja obstacles for upper body work.

Limited space. Camps will fill quickly.

No experience necessary.
